Avoid distractions: turn off phones, TVs, or other devices.
Relax and Prepare:
Be well-rested, hydrated, and comfortably dressed for sleep.
Take a few deep breaths and allow your body to sink into your bed. Feel your muscles release, your mind slow, and your body prepare for sleep.
Follow Your Sleep Rhythm:
Listen each night and allow yourself to drift naturally into sleep.
